IT Support
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree, from any major or D3 with valid intermediate level certification.
- 3-4 years of experience as IT Support/IT Presales/Information Technology in general.
- Have extensive knowledge of various industries.
- Have a good understanding of IT Products / Solutions.
- Have an intermediate understanding of some IT solution such as Infrastructure, Network, Troubleshoot Hardware & Software, etc.
- Has intermediate solutions expertise certification in the company.
Job Description :
- Understanding install and troubleshoot PC, laptop and printer hardware
- Understanding basic installation and troubleshooting networks (crimping RJ45 cables, checking network connections, LAN Peer to Peer configuration, IP addresses, WiFi and file sharing mapping)
- Understanding install and troubleshoot software (Windows OS, Drivers, Antivirus, Microsoft Office)
- Understanding Mikrotik Router configuration and such is preferred
- Understanding Access Point configurations such as UNIFI or TPLINK is preferred
